Level Issue

This monster is NOT at its max level but it wont level any more... Any idea why?

this happens all the time, not sure why, though one idea is that when it reaches the end of the evolution chain it stops leveling up, or one time i heard someone say that there is a bug in the coding making it stop after level two

There is a bug, the new release will have it fixed.
