Looking For Help With Website Theme!

I'm looking for someone who can help me design a website theme for my adopts site!

I'm not looking for something complicated, I just want something appealing to the eyes and has the colors I would like! I'll design the art for the banner and stuff, but I do not know any coding or how I can change it, so I thought I should look for someone who can help me with this c:
