One really strange thing is that on every page it says in white 'A total of queries were used in this page. They were:' I couldn't find anything else, do you know what it means?
I hosnestly think it won't solve the problem, but it's something.

The codes in paticular won't show, but when you edit the files the codes are there.

I'll try and find any more info that may help.
