Thanks for considering my hosting service, I am here to help
 @HOF They allow it if you upgrade so its all about the money. Haven't fully read the terms but I bet there are a lot of other things you can't do unless you upgrade. So they give you resources free but still limit what your allowed to do with it behind the scenes. My terms for Gem Stone Hosting are simple, if its illegal or malicious your not allowed to have it.
