Is there a way to fix this, it is preventing me from accessing links and stuff in the drop down because the top bar is the one that you hover over to see the menu but the bottom one is where the menu appears below... -Thank you for any help to fix this conundrum. |

Did you edit script files or the css of your theme? This clearly does not look like what a fresh installed site should be.

That happened to me. What you need to do is clear everything in your database and re-install it. Every time you re-install you need to empty the data base or that will happen.

Yeah that reminds me. You have to check hour database table prefix_links and get rid of duplicate links resulted from repeated installation.
