Theme help please?

I'm going to guess you were using a hosting service before - I believe that one was called v-adoptables or something was it? However, that layout was created by the owner of the site and you only customized it - you'd need to either contact them concerning using the theme, or create an identical or similar one. You can't normally use the free themes provided in free hosting.
