If you go and remove the links from the prefix_settings part of your PHPMyAdmin you can change links for themes manually.
We know about the bug, and I don't know if anything's been fixed on it yet...

All I did was go to the prefix_setting and change it to the one I wanted. Thanks, but I figured it out on my own. Thanks for trying, it doesn't matter if I got it worked out before I saw your post. Being helpful is what counts. Without that post, who knows someone else may not get it to work. Thanks!
