Unwrap php translations into a separate folder

Well in future I will create subfolders such as /en, /fr, /de inside the lang directory, this way it is easier for internationalization. The problem with Mys v1.3.1 is that language variables(abbreviated as lang vars) are somewhat messy. Some are stored in lang file, others are shatter across all script files. I've made it better with Mys v1.3.2 though, the lang directory is quite organized.
