Editing navigation bar/menu

Where do you do it? I can't find where to do it in any of the files. I found a topic that said it was in menu.css, but all I see is:

So I thought maybe it's in class_menu.php, but I don't see where I should edit there either. I want to add the time, edit the links, etc. but I can't find it.

If all you want to edit is the link and text on the navbar, it's sufficient to just edit it in admin control panel. Go to ACP -> Links -> Edit and you will see a list of links to edit. If you need to change the look and display of the navbar, you may change its CSS.
