Well, it seems as though it is what it says. Your database has been disabled lol. Do you use a free host? Or do you have paid hosting?

That's odd, it seems that something either on your host or browser seems to think perhaps that the installer is a phishing script? The installer should not read database phishing_disabled. Do you have any browser plugins active that protect against phishing, such as a toolbar? Maybe try disabling those while you are installing the script. The script is not a phishing script at all, it simply writes your database information to config.php so it is safe to turn off the phishing filter to run the installer. That may be causing issues though if it prevents you from entering your database password into the installer.
