Mysql Connection Issues
I'm getting this error when trying to install the script. I've never worked with this cPanel before (new host), so I'm not sure how to go about dealing with this.
Could not connect to database, the following error has occurred: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) Help would be greatly appreciated! Warm regards, Abron |

Re
Umm, I think I had a similar issue when I switched hosts, but I'm really not sure if this has anything to do with the problem... are you using a different database name by any chance? I changed my database name and had to tweak the... config file?

Mmm, the odd thing is I am 100% re-uploading a fresh version of the script...I'll continue looking into it.

Because my old host required something(for the database name) like: username_databasename but my new one just needs the database name. :L
