Also it wont let me level up adoptables see here :
 Banned from purchasing items :  Banned from breeding :  Don't have permission to trade and Banned also :  Don't have permission to Adopt pounded pets :

Well I assume you were banned for entering the promocode that belongs to the user 'all' last time, lol. To unban yourself, go to your database table prefix.users_status and edit everything from 'no' to 'yes'.
