Sure, but you should be able to find it now. After download, check the inc folder to see if all files are there. After uploading all files with filezilla for example, you will be able to access them...

When you download the files, you should have a config_adopts file which you need to rename to config.php. Maybe you download the wrong file or didn't upload all files?...
