 Well what you could do, if I'm thinking correctly, you could create a script that calls the database, fetches it's level, and then compares it to the level of every other adoptable in the database....

 I'm not sure, but i was running a phpbb3 forum on one of their free accounts and the forum had about ~25 members that logged on every day which generated enough traffic for them to shut it down....

 The CHMOD is set to 750, default for the host I'm on, if it were a problem wouldn't all of the files not show?
