Adopt pages, and general adopt/index page :L

Is it possible so that on the adopt page, you click on the adoptable you want to adopt, and THEN get taken to a new page where you can then name and adopt it?

Just to let everyone know that the site looks completely different now, I changed a lot of the css and stuff. I'm still installing a few things, but it's slowly coming together! :D
