Only half a skin

So,I changeed the url after

body {
background url:

,but,when I opened my site and scrolled down,I realised that the skin is only for a half of a page! D:

What can I do to make it go all the way to the end of the page?

You have to repeat the background image horizontal and vertical, an not just horizontal.

Oh,I see.It says only repeat-x .Where and what do I need to type in so it repeats-y too?
