I've looked everywhere in my ftp stuff, and there is only 1 index.php?

Go to your index.html and delete one of them. Or, I think it's possible to delete one from the Admin CP. This isn't a case of there being 2 files, it's just a case of there being 2 links. You must have added one by accident.

No, It is not delete able. Whenever I change one, the other is changed too.

Hmm, that is strange. I guess Brandon will have to solve this one.

You should be able to go to the Admin CP > Site Settings > View or Edit Site Navigation Links page and then you should be able to delete the duplicate set of links with the red X button.

I'm not sure why a few of your sites are having this happen. I've only seen this on two sites so far. Anyone else have this happening to them?

Ok, can you run a SQL query on your database for me please?

Run this in PHPMyAdmin:

Code:

SELECT * FROM adopts_links
When you run this query, are there two sets of the links listed, ie duplicates, or is only one set present?
