No permission for Admin panel

okay, I found the resolution on here
now I am getting this error when I try to login

Fatal error: Class 'AppController' not found in /home/canisx10/public_html/login.php on line 3

and if I try to login to the admin CP I am getting

An error has occurred.

You do not have permission to access Admin Control Panel.

also I have checked this forum and have had no result in resolving this issue.

Hast du in login.php etwas geändert ?
ich würde erstmal die originalen Versionen wieder hochladen.
Da müsstest du dann nur deine Änderungen langsam wieder ausprobieren...

Did you changed something in login.php?
Try to load up the original version. You have to try out your changes.
