Help my newbie-self?

Well I'm new here, and I did read on how to install the beta...but I just don't get it.

Is there any program that I need to install it. I have some sort of dead trail version of WinRaR, I'm not sure how much that's going to help me though.

I guess I just need a push in the right direction

Well, do you have a web host already? You'll need a web host. You'll also need a FTP program (Smart FTP, FireFTP, etc) to upload your files to your host. :)
