I want my new user to get automatic welcome message and i pasted the codes as the tutorial said but new user are complaining a error pm comes after registering

Well where you got the code for automatic welcome message from? If it is from a Mod/Addon or a tutorial thread, you ought to post in that thread to draw attention from the OP. Note a mod/tutorial may require different version of Mysidia Adoptables, so this can cause problems for some users.
