I can definitely help. If you create a free hosting account with my host, link in sig, and then send me a support ticket, or pm, with your email and desired site name. Then I can have your site up and running in no time.

1. with your download no, but yes I have it downloaded and i will upload it and install it to my server. (so yes it will be the mysida adoptables script download.)

2. You will not go over the free hosting account limits, I guarantee it. If you do then i'll upgrade you free so yes everything is free. Including support and installations.
