If not Network Solutions, Dynadot isn't bad for registration only (All but two of my domains are registered there).

Sorry at this time I am not able to register domain names though I do plan on adding this.

I highly suggest go daddy.com as I have seen .com 7.99 or lower. Rosie you can register your own domain anywhere that allows you access to dns, go daddy does. And you can point your domain to our server.

Option 2 if your totally confused I'll use my account on go daddy and by the domain and point it where ever you want, my host or another. That does require u to trust me a lot tho.

Also to get you started you could run your site at zumbies.99webs.info for free till your ready to change it to a paid one.
