Some add ons I'd like help with

Would anyone be able to help me with coding a system for these things?

Basically premium members have the ability to have a stable that other "basic" players can board at for a price.

And a training system, where they can choose a speciality and speciality level and can train their horses with one click with... lets say a 65% chance of successful training or something.

Also a way that health and mood can deteriorate every day if the adoptable isn't fed food or treats for health and mood to remain 100%. I'd like to use shop items to feed the adopts. I'm currently using this system for health and mood system.

I know these might be a lot to add, I just feel they would be great additions to my site and would love some help with them.
