umm do not use freehosting unless you are sure there is a way to retrieve your database file from the host when you are ready to move it to a private server in the end. I am not sure with 000webhost so I cant tell, but many free forum hosting services like Proboard and Forumotion simply suck, so do not try them.

Well I myself actually prefer paid hosting than the free one...
Because with paid hosting, you can get much more feature and a lot better service
