Lightbulb config.php missing?

This may be answered elsewhere - if so, please guide me. I am following the video tutorial for installing the script on x10Hosting, however when trying to actually open the config.php script page, it quite literally isn't there. Unless there was an update that changes the page, I really don't understand how this one file isn't there.

Any help?

At first you have to rename the "config_adopt.php" to "config.php"

Should work now :)

Ditto to what Drugluin said. You need to manually rename the config file before or after uploading, this is to avoid upgrading issues in which some users mistakenly overwrite their original config file.

Alright, thank you.

Although now I am having trouble logging into the site itself. I have set up the site, and my next step was to log in with my admin info and begin actually editing the site. However, it says my login info is incorrect. I've gone through the whole process twice now, and double-checked the info, but I still cannot login.
Any help? Is it something wrong with permissions I am missing?
