Looking for help on character creator

I've been looking to pay someone to help me make a character creator but with not much luck, a system that allows a user to change what their character looks like and save it, as well as items that they can buy like clothes that they can apply to their character. I've tried installing dynamic generator tutorial but couldn't get it working and I'm not wanting it for pets anyway, it's for users.
