Hello! My name is Ashe. I'm a design graduate and love to draw in my spare time. I have my own site so I thought having a adoptable section would be fun :) I am using the script provided here and seems to run great! So I thought I'd join the community here ^^

Oh I see, thats really great. Didn't know you are such a huge fan of Pokemon. This script is indeed quite suitable for making a Pokemon adoptables site though.

Awesome :D I was planning to do a pokemon adoptable site where your pets could grow into "dark" or "light" types. All drawn by myself of course. Would this script work for this idea?

Well with some kinda of modification the script can do anything you want. I am not quite sure what you mean by 'growing into dark or light type' though. I do recommend you to play around with the script for a while and see what it can do for you at this point. Of course you will need some coding if you want a highly customized site.

This is an old adoptables site I used to develop, which was based on an old version of this script that is no longer supported. I no longer work on it nowadays, but it does illustrates that it's totally possible to build an awesome pokemon site out of it:

Oh that looks great! What I meant was if the egg (stage 1) could hatch into 2 options. (randomly or not) Or if it only can hatch into 1 option. I wasn't sure if it was supported by this script.

But I have it installed with this so far. http://adragonsden.com/adopt/index.php But I will certainly play around with it when I get my drawings done ^^

Well at this point it can hatch into 2 options, but no more than 2 unless you install a multi-Alternates Mod that enables you to create more than one alternative options. You need to specify the chance an adoptable is hatched into its alternative chance in ACP.

Yah I just want 2 options ^^ So setting the chance % feature is already included or I need to add a mod for that?

Well it is already enabled, there is no need to install a Mod so long as you only have 2 possible forms for your adoptables(one for primary image, the other for alternate image).
