Error making a master forum

I can't seem to install it.. I can't find the lock file too!

I need the masterforum to be installed inorder for the other forums to be done too..

Worst.. There is no 'lock' at the install directory, and I've checked all the sections, and there is none!

I see the installer here too. Try clearing your browser cache and then try again. Also, make sure your browser supports cookies / javascript.

Ok. I can install now. I'm using Windows Internet Explorer 8.1 beta version.. I use Mozila Firefox and it works.. =x
