Finding Staff?
I've ben running a creative writing community for a while, and most of my staff are now entering a busy time in their own lives and can't help me. I'm in the market (free market, mind you, we're broke) for some staff members who have experience in the creative writing community and are good at using Drupal.
Is there some websites somewhere I can look for people? Does anyone know a good place to look for this sort of thing? My main concern is activity - how often someone can devote to this site, and how fast they can do things (I've had staff who say they'll do things and never get around to them). Any ideas?
