Here is some art that you may use for free on your website under the following conditions.

To be used on MySidia and MyAdopts sites only
Save the images to your own server
You may not redistribute the art
You may not use any of the art in prints or merchandise
You may not claim the art as your own, credit must be given
You may alter the art so long as all these rules are still followed, even if it ends up looking nothing like the original.

They're transparent. Just use a program that can do layers (like Paint.NET or photoshop) and draw under them.
