No, I don't think that's it. When my site was under review I just saw blank plain white pages. The link takes me to an error page, which makes me think there is something wrong in the coding or something. Then again when I have an error it says "error in.... on line..."
Unless you saw it before when it was originally posted, and the member did something else to it before now.
