I keep encountering error 500 after installing the script



I installed on a GoDaddy website. I have tried;

solutions here as my problem is identical to no avail

as well as reinstalling numerous times. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you know what PHP version GoDaddy uses? Mysidia isn't compatible with newer versions.

PHP version: 7.2.7

is there away to change this?
