You can delete pets manually by going into phpMyAdmin and deleting the pet from both the "adopts_ownedadoptables" table and the species from "adopts_adoptables".
I assume it errored because of the apostrophe and slash. I don't know how to fix it at the moment, but a workaround would be to just use "Cockatiel April 2018" or something. As for the Ringnecks, I'm not entirely sure. Were they always disappearing after you released them or did it only start after a few days?

Okay. If you look at the adopts_ownedadoptables table and find the row with this user's ringneck, what does it look like?

It looks normal.

I mean like what does it say. Was the bird named? Something might be causing it to bug out.

The birds in question are all named normal names.

As for the Cockatiel, it is showing up in adopts_adoptables. Should I delete it there?
