you can install it by uploading it to your host

most hosts provide a control panel that can be used to upload

x10hosting use cpanel (alteast the last time i used them about 5 years ago :D )

in cpanel you got a filemanager

before you upload the files , be sure that they are located in a ZIP file

upload the file with the filemanager
click on the extract button on cpanel

and you got yourself a quick and fast upload
