I see what's wrong with changing your content. ;3 You have 5 copies of the "home/index" page, and 4 copies of the terms of service page. You will need to go into your cPanel through your website host to take care of it. ;3
First you'll want to enter your phpMyAdmin to delete the extra copies of the pages.  Then you want to find the entry in your database for *prefix.content:  Click on the name and go in and delete the unneeded versions of the pages. ;3 That should solve it.

I deleted all the extra ones except for one of each and now the front page has nothing on it at all
