Okay, I just found the tiniest discrepancy that makes a big difference!!

In your myadoptsview file find this line;

PHP Code:

$altcode = "[url={$mysidia->path->getAbsolute()}levelup/click/{$adopt->getAdoptID()}][img]{$mysidia->path->getAbsolute()}get/{$adopt->getAdoptID()}.gif[/img][/url]"; 


Replace it with this:

$altcode = "[url={$mysidia->path->getAbsolute()}levelup/click/{$adopt->getAdoptID()}][img]{$mysidia->path->getAbsolute()}get/{$adopt->getAdoptID()}.gif\"[/img][/url]";
