Here Dreamstar, I always have this checklist for adding new themes:
1. Make sure that the folder name is either capped or not 2. Go into phpmyadmin and to prefix.themes, and add the site through there - make sure the name is exactly the same. 3. Go to prefix.settings and change the default theme there. 4. If needed, go into prefix.users and change the theme you're viewing there. If you do all those things, you should be fine. :3
