Ok, i'm getting frusterated... *EDITED*

I CANNOT view my own site (http://regio.x10.mx/login.php) I followed all the steps right, I gave all the permissons to the user for mySQL, can anybody see the login page?

Also, when updating 1.2.0 to 1.3.0, do you do the same steps to istalling it? (and does it keep everything you already had on 1.2.0?)
