Invalid Adoptable ID Specified

It gives me the error above everytime I try to adopt an adoptable at my own site. Just a while ago it worked perfectly fine, and I haven't edited anything except the forum.

It is not giving me this error always, but just sometimes, and it's getting a little bit irritating... Anyone know why there is this error?
