I'm not sure what the problem is since when I've installed it on x10hosting it had worked ;u;

Have you tried re-installing? Delete everything and follow the tutorial again.

Or you can try mysidiahost.com for hosting. The hosting is free and they will do a free install of the script so you don't need to worry about all the installing stuff.
