Well, first start off with the basics, think to yourself, what do you want people to know? They should know not to use the art for their own commercial purposes, etc. Also, you should include something about a Privacy Policy, meaning that you won't share any email, etc., details.
Also, be sure to include your credits, such as the hosting, crediting Mysidia Adoptables for the script, etc. Wish I could help you more, but I tend to have the same problems XD
