Getting Started - Need some help ;W;
ETA/Update: Hallelujah after nearly 8 hours I have access to the ACP! *sobbing*
yes hello I have ventured once again to Mysidia (I toyed around with it a couple of years ago but never decided to go full project). However all my motivation and excitement has turned into frustration and pain due to the x10 hosting blank page of death. I've seen all the threads, I've tried the fix and arrgghh /flop I've spent the whole morning trying to just get to the login page (trying a completely new site/database/editing the config. , class_path files etc) So then I went onto byethost which I've used a lot, but only via their premade sitebuilder and subdomains. I've seen they have a file manager area, and I also managed to connect it up with filezilla but I'm not really sure if I have to change some other files around considering its on a subdomain? Doing just as the normal tutorial says doesn't seem to work. Either way I get blank pages D8 I'm exhausted and I haven't even started, I just want it up. x_x Does any use Byethost, and is there an installation tutorial for it that I haven't seen? Or another free host perhaps? anything please lord As far as I know I've done the fix? *screenshot* I also tried pixelhearts.x10host. And my script isn't in a subfolder or anythigng 8( http://pixelhearts.x10host.com http://pixelhearts.byethost7.com/ ETA: More info ~ I created a byethost subdomain (see above link) I can access the pixelhearts subdomain folder in File Zilla, I deleted everything that was in there (all the premade sitebuilder files) however when I drag the unzipped mysidia contents into the pixelhearts folder not all the files transfer (mainly the directories remain visible but they're usually empty), and if they do transfer, they disappear soon after? o-O Does something prevent uploading your own files idek?
