Yes, I use
HostEvery, but I can't 100% recommend them. I seem to have a bit of downtime every once in a while. When HostEvery works it works real great, but when something goes wrong it goes real wrong, if you know what I mean. :)
Another good host is
Crissic Solutions. I spoke with their owner and they're fine with you running a free forum host as long as the CPU usage is acceptable.
Also, I know our very own PowerChaos also runs hosting.
