For example, think of public_html as the full link to your site http://carriedaway.comule.com. Any folder with mysidia files you put in public_html, for example Folder1, will be accessible like this http://carriedaway.comule.com/Folder1

In your case, you don't have anything in public_html, besides the folder Mysidia Adoptables v.1.3.4, so your users will have to go to http://carriedaway.comule.com/Mysidi...tables v.1.3.4 to access your site (once installed).

If you rename the folder to something else, your users will be able to use that link instead. To use http://carriedaway.comule.com (root) you need to copy the contents of the mysidia folder to public_html
