So, Yowladopts (Ya) is really just for fun...but it's a cute little adoptable site where users can adopt cute little pixel kitties. A lot of the activities will be focused on the forums, some of those 'activities' will include:
-A Weekly Trivia for a chance to win Felar (site currency)
-A Weekly Raffle for a chance to win more Felar
-Genetic Breedings
-Shows
-Add Items to Pets
-And various other games :)
For GB (Genetic Breeding), as user will be able to purchase one ticket per month for 1,000 Felar in order to have two of their Cats (of opposite genders) breed to produce one offspring carrying traits from both parents.
Shows will require a lot of good writing, and usually drawings/art. A show will be held once a month for Agility (yes, agility for cats) and the user must pay 300 Felar to Register and Enter one of their owned, adult Cats for the show. Then, the user will be required to write at least 5 sentences explaining how the cat goes through the coarse. They may include a drawn image to make their chances of winning higher. Instead of judging based on how well they say their cat does, winners will be chosen on the effort, realism, and detail put into their entree. Winners receive a custom Cat and a free breeding ticket.
Items are simple, there are certain items that can be used to decorate your cats. Users will have to pay a cover charge of 50 Felar to have an artist add an item that the user has purchased to a selected cat.
