You might want to start posting some of these things in the "
Suggestions and Feature Requests" board instead of the "Questions and Supports" board, that way when someone has the time to help code these things they'll be able to find them easier.
Anyway, public item display isn't currently a thing Mysidia is doing, but it should be possible.
