Welcome to Mysidia Adoptables. To begin with, you get a hosting account and set up your domain/server, then download the script from this site and upload it to your server through FTP. Once everything is done, you may visit your site and run the installer script to create your site. Its not that complicated, and of course we have several tutorials helping you out with potential issues.
