As for the most recent question - I used 127.0.0.1 as my domain, since it's the same value as localhost.
And the prior question about php.ini? Remove the ; to uncomment extension=php_openssl.dll to turn on openssl. Or find it on the WAMP menu under the PHP extensions. Then restart the server. This was only major difference that may affect anything! Or it may not be helpful at all. I may have turned it on for other reasons. I also turned on a few other things, but they were to my own preferences and after I had successfully installed.
