New and Need help
 
What does this mean????

Randomly happened when editing my site. one problem after another.

Could not connect to database, the following error has occurred:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections

Now when I try logging into my admin cp it says loggin succesful then this:

Could be your host. It doesn't seem to happy about all the connections made to the SQL server. So I am guessing your site requested data from SQL too many times in a given time period.

It is, at least x10hosting sometimes likes to throw random errors like those

you are probably at 99webs.info which is way overcrowded.

New server is at 99webs.org.
