Help with changing css

Hey, so when I want to change my css do I click
adopts_themes>SQL? Then change that?

Noooo.. don't mess with that stuff if you don't know what you're doing. If you want a new theme you really should just make one off of one of the bases.

Ok I will not touch it

I just don't know how to do the other thing >.<
is there a tutorial?

Search the forums for themes. Not sure off the top of my head.

Yes, its a good idea to start on a new theme by editing the main theme's css, and rename it after you get used to playing with phpmyadmin. Creating your own theme from scratch is difficult unless you are at least an intermediate skilled designer.
